    Deposit 50% of the total tour price immediately after registration.
    Pay the remaining balance:
    7-10 days before departure (for regular days).
    20-25 days before departure (for holidays/long weekends).
  2. Tour Cancellation Policy (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
    Cancel immediately after registration: Lose the deposit (50% of the tour price).
    Cancel 15 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.
    Cancel after the above period: 100% cancellation fee.
    Holidays/Long Weekends: Non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-changeable.
  3. Passport & Conditions
    Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure and meet all requirements for photos and information.
    Note: If the passport is not valid, the guest will not be allowed to enter/exit, and the company is not responsible and will not refund any costs.
    Children under 18 years old:
    Traveling with parents: Bring a Birth Certificate (original, notarized copy, or certified copy with a red seal).
    Not traveling with parents: Need a notarized Consent/Authorization letter signed by the Police or Notary Office.
    Check Personal Income Tax information before booking the tour to avoid any issues with immigration.
    Foreign nationals/Vietnamese expatriates:
    Check visa validity for Vietnam (single or multiple entries).
    Prepare 2 passport-sized photos (4×6) and bring the visa when entering/exiting the country.

  • Visa Exemption: Vietnamese passport holders are exempt from a visa to Thailand. Passports must be valid, intact, and undamaged, with no missing pages, incorrect signatures, or alterations. The passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining from the return date of the tour.
  • Visa Requirements for Foreign Nationals:
    Vietnamese Expatriates and foreign passport holders require a visa for entry into Vietnam and Thailand.
    Visa fees are not included in the tour price and are subject to the regulations of the Immigration Department of Vietnam.

    Yes, you can change or cancel a tour. However, any changes or cancellations are subject to FDL Travel’s cancellation policy. Fees for changes or cancellations will depend on the specific terms and timeline for each tour. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.

  3. Does the booked tour include travel insurance?
    All FDL Travel tours include standard travel insurance, ensuring your safety and benefits throughout the journey. Specific details about insurance coverage will be provided upon booking.
  4. What documents do I need to bring for the tour?
    To ensure a smooth travel experience, please prepare the following:- National ID card (for domestic tours) or passport (for international tours).
    – Booking confirmation (printed or electronic copy).
    – Visa (if required for the destination country).
    FDL Travel will inform you of any additional required documents once your booking is confirmed.
  5. What is FDL Travel’s cancellation policy?
    FDL Travel provides a flexible cancellation policy:Cancellation after booking: 30% of the tour price.
    Cancellation before departure:
    – 20 days: 50% of the tour price.
    – 10-19 days: 75% of the tour price.
    – 0-10 days: 100% of the tour price.
    Note: Cancellations must be submitted via email, fax, or text message and must be confirmed by FDL Travel. Cancellations via phone call are not accepted.For group tours:- If the group has fewer than 10 participants, FDL Travel will notify you at least 3 days before departure and will arrange a new departure date or refund your deposit.
    – In case of force majeure (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics), FDL Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour for your safety. Any additional costs incurred will be discussed with you.
    FDL Travel is not responsible for any extra costs arising from schedule changes due to airline, train, or ship delays or errors.
  6. Is there a hotel pick-up service?
    Yes, FDL Travel provides hotel pick-up services in many destinations. You can request this additional service when booking the tour, and we will arrange it to suit your needs.
